I am a Sukawea ~ a word within my lineage that means ‘One Who Walks with the Soul through the Thresholds. Rooted in the Sklanawaya Way, we tend the ancestral fire... rekindling memory, connection, and meaning in a time of soul loss and fragmentation. This living work guides those who have lost the thread back to the center of their own myth.

 
I am the first and last of my medicine... just as you are the first and last of yours.  Our work is unburying it so it may be fully lived and shared in your time here.

I offer a soul-centered alternative to modern therapy... not to fix what is broken, but to help you remember what has been forgotten. My work is for those at thresholds and life stage transitions: those who feel disoriented, fragmented, or called to reclaim a deeper path.

 

Through ritual, narrative, and embodied guidance, I walk with individuals as they:

• Heal root-patterns and integrate core wounds

• Reclaim lost parts of themselves with clarity and power

• Realign their life with the shape of their soul’s original instructions

 

This is not coaching. This is not talk therapy. While they each have their place, we go above and beyond through ancestral practices of ritual, rites of passages, and reflective dialogue.

This is relational, ceremonial, genuine healing—a return to coherence, belonging, and inner authority.

I’ve been initiated through wilderness, silence, and sacred fire—not only in spirit, but in discipline. My path bridges lived experience with formal training in depth work and traditional medicine ways.

 

Key Apprenticeships & Initiations Include:

• Tibetan Buddhist Mind Training – 6+ years of intensive practice, including 3 months in full silence; specialization in transforming adverse states and cultivating disciplined presence

• Indigenous Psychology & Land-Based Ritual – Mentored by elders in grief work, ceremonial healing, and rites of passage

• Certified Wilderness Rites of Passage Guide – Vision quest facilitation, threshold navigation, and initiatory work for youth and adults

• Ayurvedic Psychology & Somatic Healing – Emphasis on emotional digestion, cleansing, and restoring mental-spiritual coherence

​

• Yoga Psychology & Body-Based Awareness – Breathwork and somatic practices rooted in subtle energy systems

​

• Applied Mythology & Archetypal Psychology – Bridging the symbolic with the personal; using narrative and archetype as maps for soul retrieval

​

• Language & Behavioral Pattern Therapy – Certified in identifying and rewiring subconscious belief systems through linguistic precision
