Physical-Spiritual Healing
In this 90 min session we weave together the deep restorative body massage with the subtle work that releases residual energies and gives a deeper restorative experience.

Sukwa Healing
In this 2 hour session we weave together the deep restorative body massage with the subtle work that releases residual energies and gives a deeper restorative experience. In addition, you begin with being smudged in followed by a pulse reading. It weaves together sound healing from Tibetan bowls or drumming and Cranial Sacral work.
