Ayurveda provides a common sense way of living a life of greater connection, rhythm and balance. Through these nature and spirit based awarenesses you find you more intuitively know what to do and when to do it regarding diet, relationships and navigating through life.

Health Consultation
As an Ayurveda Practitioner, we use the rhythms of the pulse along with observing the map of your organs and systems as they're represented on your tongue, eyes, and lips.

By asking questions and inquriing what you're experiencing, we observe the principles of nature as they're expressing through your body.

We then suggest herbs, diet, treatments, mantras, meditations, and lifestyle routines that will guide you and lead you into a state of balance.
Learn Your Dosha
Ayurveda reveals three specific body-mind constitutions called Doshas.

By discovering what your unique Dosha is you gain greater depth and understanding of yourself, of what foods will serve you and which ones won't. You gain the ability to more easily know what to do and when to do it to live in greater balance mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Ayurveda Detox
Ayurveda is famous for its detoxification treatments.

This is a personalized journey ranging between 1 to 6 months depending on your needs and wants.

Ayurveda is unique as it's able to target specific organs and systems of the body, draw out the toxins, eliminate them and THEN restrengthens and improves the quality of those tissues.

A detox may include diet, herbs, specific treatments, bodywork, energy work, daily health rituals, and more
Ayurveda Mentorship
The best way to learn Ayurveda is through the traditional method. This is through personal mentorship. Ayurveda is learned through experiencing it and as you experience it you suddenly see these principles everywhere, within everyone and every situation. It's becomes an intuitive awareness knowing what to do and when to do it to live in greater alignment.

Plant Medicine
Ayurveda shares a very simplistic way of understanding plant medicine, how to identify their specific properties, how to use them and honor them.

Spices & Cooking
One of the great specialties of Ayurveda is cooking.

Ayurveda shares such yummy and delicious ways to prepare food.

In this class you learn how to combine spices, how they affect the body and mind, and the best way to bring out their flavor and medicinal properties.

You'll learn how to infuse oils & ghee, and the secrets of Ayurveda cooking. We'll prepare a special Ayurveda Dish where you get to experience prepping and using the spices.
​
You also learn the spiritual properties, energetics, and mantras associated with the spices, herbs and vegetables.
In a Sacred Manner
Ayurveda is a nature based way of understanding ourselves and the world we live in.

It reveals a way of living within a sacred manner, of honoring the way Spirit manifest through the forms of nature and ourselves.
